Cable + In Stock Orders

We commit to fulfilling all orders within the specified time frame indicated on the respective product/order page (please note that time frames may vary between products). In the rare instance where an extension to the fulfillment time is necessary, we will promptly reach out to inform you of any delays.

Cable Orders:
By placing an order for a cable, you are confirming your acceptance of the stated turnaround time outlined in your order. Please carefully review and approve your cable design and specifications before making a purchase, as returns or exchanges related to these specifications will not be facilitated. Additionally, we do not assume liability for any damage caused during the assembly or usage of the cable.

In Stock Orders:

Our commitment is to dispatch all in stock orders within 3 working days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will promptly communicate with you to keep you informed and updated.

NOTE: If you encounter any issues with your item upon delivery, we kindly request that you contact us before using it. We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to items used in conjunction with our products. Your understanding of this is highly appreciated.

Pre-Orders/Group Buy

When you pre-order or participate in a group buy, you're securing an item before its production begins. Here's a breakdown of the pre-order process:

1. Group Buy/Pre-Order: Customers place their orders in advance before the manufacturing phase begins.

2. Manufacturing: Once the pre-order period ends, manufacturing of the items commences.

3. Shipment to Our Warehouse: After manufacturing, the items are shipped to our warehouse for quality control and further processing.

4. Quality Control: We conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure the products meet our standards and are in optimal condition.

5. Shipping to Customers: Following quality control, we prepare and ship the items to the respective customers.

All orders are anticipated to be shipped within the timeframe specified on the order page. While we strive to provide an accurate shipping estimate, this timeframe may be subject to change due to production or shipping adjustments. If any changes occur, we'll promptly notify you via the email address provided during your order placement.

Please take note that group buy items require immediate payment upon placing the order, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations due to the nature of these purchases.

We proudly offer shipping services for both domestic and international orders from our warehouse located in the U.K.

Domestic Shipping:

- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Express Delivery: 1 working day

International Shipping:

- Europe: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days

It's common for there to be a slight delay between receiving the shipping notification and seeing tracking updates. Our shipping process involves batching orders, so don't worry if there's a timing discrepancy. Rest assured, the tracking information will be updated within the next few days. Please be aware that once items are dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

It's important to note that the customer assumes responsibility for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred upon delivery. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs, incorrect shipping details, or unavailability for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, postal lockers, or proxies are the customer's responsibility. If you choose to have your order delivered to this type of address, you assume full responsibility for the successful delivery.

Ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If you need to modify your details, kindly contact us before your order is shipped, and we will assist you with the necessary amendments.


Custom Cable Orders:
Regrettably, due to the custom nature of cable orders, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for these items.

In Stock Orders:
Returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the date of purchase, provided that all items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Pre-Order/Group Buy Orders:
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any pre-order or group buy items.

Please note that any damages incurred while using the item will not qualify for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us for further guidance. The buyer assumes responsibility for all costs associated with returning the order. We recommend utilizing a fully tracked and insured shipping method to ensure a seamless return process. In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package during return shipping, the return will be considered void.


Group Buy Orders:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations for group buy orders.

Cable Orders:

Cable orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the initial purchase.

In Stock Orders:

For in stock orders, cancellation requests are honored before the items are shipped.
