Orders
All orders are to be fulfilled within the time frame stated (time frames vary between products). In some cases we may need to extend the fulfillment time, if this happens we will contact you.
Cable Orders - By purchasing a cable, you agree to the turnaround time stated on your order. We will not accept returns due to any visual opinions you have of the cable upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the cable via assembly or use.
In Stock Orders - We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. By purchasing an in stock item, you agree to the turnaround time stated. We will not accept returns due to any visual opinions you have of the item upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the item via assembly or use.
Group Buy Orders - All group buy items are expected to ship within the time frame stated. This date is subject to change if there are production or shipping delays. You can see the status of all group buy orders via the updates page.
You will be charged immediately for group buy items and there are no refunds or cancellations on group buy orders.
We will not accept returns due to any visual opinions you have of the item upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the item via assembly or use.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any damage caused to any items that are used with any of our products.
Shipping
Shipping times for International orders will vary, and will be longer than those placed within the UK. Please check your order for an accurate time frame for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any items that are lost/damaged in transit. We do not take responsibility for any taxes/customs fees that may occur upon delivery.
Please make sure all details are correct when entering your shipping information. We are not responsible for any misplaced/returned orders due to incorrect shipping information. If you need to amend your details, please contact us prior to your order being shipped and we will change this for you.
Returns
Returns for repair are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective products. Please note we will not cover any shipping costs on faulty international orders.

Cancellations
We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations on group buy orders.
Cable orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchasing.
In Stock orders can be cancelled prior to shipping.
