Order Fulfilment & Processing Times
We are committed to fulfilling all orders within the estimated timeframe specified on each product or order page. Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the item. In the unlikely event that a delay arises, we will notify you promptly via email with an updated timeline.
Custom Cable Orders
By placing a custom cable order, you acknowledge and accept the turnaround time stated on the product page.
- Please ensure that all cable specifications and designs are thoroughly reviewed and approved prior to placing your order, as returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for custom-made items.
We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused during the assembly, installation, or use of custom cables.
In-Stock Orders
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within the processing time indicated on the product page. If any unexpected delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.
Important Note on Product Use
If you notice any issues or defects with your order upon delivery, please contact us before using the item. We are unable to take responsibility for any damage caused to/by third-party products used in conjunction with ours. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible via the form below. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- In-stock items: You may cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund.
- Custom cable orders: These are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Pre-order and group buy items: These are processed on a made-to-order basis and cannot be cancelled once your order has been submitted to our supplier or manufacturing partner.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our standard Returns Policy and may be returned (if eligible) once received.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Shipping
We proudly ship both domestically and internationally from our UK-based warehouse.
Domestic (UK) Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Express Delivery: 1 business day
International Shipping
- Europe: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
Please Note: A brief delay between receiving your shipping confirmation and seeing tracking updates is normal. Orders are processed in batches, so if tracking doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry, it will be updated within a few days.
Important Shipping Terms
Once an order is dispatched, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.
All international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred upon delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Non-payment of customs fees
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees or associated costs.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes, Lockers & Proxy Addresses
If you choose to have your order shipped to a P.O. box, parcel locker, or proxy address, please note that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages sent to these types of addresses.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us before your order is dispatched, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please review our returns policy carefully, as different terms apply depending on the type of order.
Custom Cable Orders:
Due to the bespoke nature of custom cable orders, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This exclusion is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which permit exemptions for personalised or custom-made goods.
In-Stock Orders:
If you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item:
- Is unused
- Remains unopened
- Is in its original packaging and condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on unwanted or change-of-mind returns.
Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Pre-Order & Group Buy Items:
Orders placed through pre-order or group buy arrangements are processed on a made-to-order basis and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This is due to the nature of these items being produced based on collective demand.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover any returns or replacement postage.
Please note that damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation will not be covered.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us using the form below including your email address and order number.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery method.
We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit; such returns will be considered void.
Pre-Order & Group Buy Policy
When you place a pre-order or join a group buy, you're securing an item before it enters production. Below is a step-by-step overview of how the process works:
How It Works
- Pre-Order/Group Buy Phase
Customers place orders in advance, before production begins. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. - Manufacturing
Once the pre-order window closes, we begin manufacturing the items. - Shipment to Our Warehouse
After production, the items are shipped to our UK warehouse for processing. - Quality Control
Each item undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
Customer Shipping Once cleared through quality control, orders are packed and shipped to customers.
Project Updates & Estimated Timelines
We share regular progress updates and shipping estimates on each product's page. While we do our best to meet these timelines, they may be subject to change due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly via the email address used at checkout.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order or group buy order.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, cancellations and refunds are not available once your order is placed.
Delivery Concerns & Product Use
If your item arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us before using the product so we can assess and resolve the issue. Please note: we are not responsible for any damage caused to or by third-party products used in conjunction with our items.
